Located in the historical center of Porto, Palácio dos Ferrazes is a historical building within an area classified as World Heritage by UNESCO.

The palace was subject to deep works of rehabilitation and requalification. The building is dated from the 16th century and was known as “Casa dos Ferraz Bravo or Oliveira Maia”. It is noted as being a property with great patrimonial interest due to its architectural, artistic, and historical assets. After its renovation, it became an exclusive five-star Hotel in Rua das Flores that is operated by PortoBay and is named Hotel PortoBay Flores.

The existing building was modified, rehabilitated, and expanded with the construction of a second building that connects with the palace.

The total area of construction is 6.674,80 sqm. Overall, the Hotel has a total of 60 bedrooms and 6 suites.
